Coaching

Coaching helps you walk more efficiently through life's journey by allowing you to focus on what you want out of life. Coaching helps you discover what you want to get out of life and how to get there.

Key Coaching Steps
  • Clarification of your goals - What, why and when - Determining what you want your Journey to look like and where you would like for it to take you.
  • Mapping the Journey into measurable steps- How - Together we create a roadmap for success with scheduled reflection stops. milemarkers, and interesting destinations along the way.
  • Starting the Journey - Step by step -You will take one step at a time until you reach your goal.
  • Staying on track - Reassessment and redirection - There will be checks and course corrections along the way as needed as well as a lot of encouragement to ensure you succeed.

Intent and Effort
The process requires conscious intent and consistent effort. When you keep your goal in mind and work consistently to achieve smaller milestones along the way, you ensure the attainment of much greater goals than you ever thought possible.

Measuring Your Success
We will use SMART goals to ensure your Journey takes you where you want it to go. SMART goals are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Reachable and Time-based. Creating SMART goals will help keep you on track and allow you to measure your success.

On the Journey of Life,
it is OK to stop and ask directions.

"Coaching provides you
the encouragement you
need to find your way
and achieve the life
you want to have.
When you want to get
somewhere, simply put
one foot in front of the other
until you arrive at your
final destination."
